Thank you for choosing A Quality Photobooth Company for your event. To ensure a smooth and efficient booking process, please review our booking policy outlined below:

  1. Booking Confirmation:

    • To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the selected package fee is required upon booking.

  2. Payment Details:

    • The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the scheduled event date.

  3. Rescheduling:

    • One complimentary rescheduling option is available, provided that the request is made at least 30 days before the original event date.

    • The rescheduled date must be within six months of the original event date and is subject to availability.

  4. Cancellation and Refunds:

    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made with less than 30 days' notice before the scheduled event date.

    • The non-refundable deposit serves as compensation for the reservation of our services and the loss of potential bookings.

  5. Refunds for Services Not Utilized:

    • No refunds will be provided for any unused hours or features agreed upon in the selected package.

  6. Payment Methods:

    • We accept payments via PayPal and cash. Details will be provided upon booking confirmation.

  7. Final Guest Count:

    • We require the final guest count at least 14 days before the event to ensure proper planning and coordination.

  8. Client Responsibility:

    • It is the client's responsibility to inform A Quality Photobooth Company of any changes in event details, including location and schedule, in a timely manner.

  9. Force Majeure:

    • In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, emergencies, or other force majeure events, A Quality Photobooth Company reserves the right to reschedule the booking or refund the client in full.

  10. Agreement Acceptance:

    • By submitting the booking form and payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this booking policy.
